Rare Publishing secures Somerfield colleague magazine contract

Rare Publishing is pleased to announce the successful launch of the Somerfield colleague magazine, Focus on You. This stylish A5 magazine is packed with stories about the Somerfield business and human-interest stories from and about Somerfield colleagues across the country.

Rare Publishing secured the contract to produce the magazine for Somerfield because, having published the Somerfield magazine for more than a decade, Rare enjoys an excellent working relationship with the supermarket and knows the business inside out. In turn, Somerfield is well acquainted with Rare Publishing’s excellent design, editorial and project-management credentials.

Focus on You, which comes out every two months (six issues a year), is the revamped and updated successor to Somerfield’s previous colleague magazine, Shelflife, which was produced in house by Somerfield. It benefits from Rare Publishing’s characteristic approach to all projects – a clean, classy layout, crisp writing and excellent production.
